PAL also has another system which are linked directly to Port of Authority in order to check and get accurate shipping information such as Vessel arriving time, departure time, berthing terminal and DG information. PAL assists its clients to provide a one stop logistics solution by providing full custom clearance for both import and export without letting our client to worry about.
PAL also could assist its clients to prepare assorted international trade document such as Form D, Form E, Form AANZ, COO and other kinds of forms in order for the importer to enjoy the different kind of tax and duties rebate or exemption. For Personal Effect Cargo, PAL could assist its client to apply for GST relief on their behalf whom are residing in Singapore. Last but not least, if client request us to liaise with custom officers and chambers, PAL could assist them for customs related matters.
